The commission will conduct KAS Exam (Prelims) Exam in February 2012. - Last Date to Pay Fee at Bank : 13-12-2011

- KAS (Prelims) Exam : February 2012
- KAS (Main) Exam : June 2012
Exam Fee : Rs. 300/- (Rs. 25/- for SC/ST/Cat-1/PH/Ex-S) payable at any branch of Syndicate Bank.
Exam Attempt Limit : General Candidates can appear Maximum 5 times for the KAS Exam. OBC Candidates can attempt for 7 times & there is no limit for SC/ST Candidates.

I've attended prelims of KAS in 2012. I belong to ST category. i've calculated my marks of prelims that is 138 (including both General Studies paper 1 & 2). I wanted to know the cut off to enter in mains sir. So please....
1. Do you know what is the cut off marks in prelims to get through Sir ?

What may b d approximate cut-off for GM? As v know this years paper is little bit tough.

Cut off starts with 210 for GM
There is nothing like setting cut off in advance. The score of the person who got the least marks among N people is the cut off where N is the number of people who'll be qualified for the mains round.
