Name of the Post & Total No. of Vacancies :

• Call Center Agents (CCA) : 240 Vacancies
• Call Center Supervisors : 20 Vacancies

Education Qualification :

• Call Center Agents (CCA) : Degree / PG Degree in Agriculture or allied disciplines like Horticulture / Animal Husbandry / Dairying / Fisheries / Poultry / Bee Keeping / Sericulture / Aquaculture / Agriculture Marketing / Biotechnology / Home Science / Agriculture Engineering  etc., from a recognized Agriculture / Horticulture / Veterinary University.
• Call Center Supervisors : PG Degree in Agriculture or Allied Services mentioned above.
• Fluency in Local Language & Knowledge of Computers is desired for both the posts
• Min. 1-2 years experience in relevant field.

Pay Scale / Salary :

• Call Center Agents (CCA) : Rs. 15,000/-  Per Month
• Call Center Supervisors : Rs.18000/- Per Month
