Odisha Public Service Commission invites applications in prescribed format from eligible candidates for recruitment of Medical Professors & Associate Professors for Odisha Government Medical Colleges under Group-A of the Odisha Medical Education Service. The Recruitment Rules & Jobs Details are as follows. Candidates fulfilling the following eligibility criteria can apply for Orissa Medical Teaching Post Vacancies.
Name of the Post & Total No. of Vacancies : 14 Posts
- Professor (Transfusion Medicine) : 03 Vacancies
- Professor (Emergency Medicine) : 03 Vacancies
- Professor (Rheumatology) : 01 Post
- Associate Professor (Transfusion Medicine) : 03 Vacancies
- Associate Professor (Emergency Medicine) : 03 Vacancies
- Associate Professor (Rheumatology) : 01 Post
Education Qualification : MD / PhD / DSc / DNB in respective discipline / Specialization. Candidates applying for these posts should have requisite Teaching & Research Experience.
Age Limit (As on 1-08-2011) : Not more than 55 Years for professors & Not more than 50 years for Associate Professors.
Pay Scale / Salary :
- Professor : Rs. 37,400 - 67,000/- + AGP Rs. 10,000/-
- Associate Professor : Rs. 37,400 - 67,000/- + AGP Rs. 9,000/-
Fees : Rs. 150/- (Rs. 50/- for SC/ST) Payable in the form of Bank Draft / Bank Pay Order / Treasury Challan deposited under the Head “0051-P.S.C.-105-State P.S.C.- Examination Fee.
