Karnataka Agriculture Department Recruitment of Group B Officers 2011. (Post Published at News Bird http://news.ravisblognet.com). Govt. of Karnataka Department of Agriculture (http://raitamitra.kar.nic.in) invites online applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of 380 vacant posts of Group B Officers in the department. There vacancies for 100 Agriculture Officers (AO) & 280 Assistant Agriculture Officers (AAO) in the Karnataka Agriculture Department.

- Agriculture Officer : 100 Posts

Fee : Rs. 500/- (Rs. 200/- for SC/ST/Cat-1/PH/ExS) in the form of Demand Draft Drawn at any Nationalized Bank in favor of “Agriculture Director”, Bangalore-1
Pay Scale :
- Agriculture Officer : Rs. 11400-21600
- Assistant Agriculture Officer : Rs. 10800-20025
Age Limit : Minimum 18 years Maximum 35 years (38 for OBC, 40 for SC/ST)
Education Qualification :
- Agriculture Officer : B.Sc., (Agriculture) with Masters Degree in Agricultural Sciences.
- Assistant Agriculture Officer : Must be a holder of B.Sc., (Agriculture) Degree OR B.Sc., (Agriculture Engineering) or B.Tech (Agriculture Engineering in post harvest and Engineering Technology)
How to Apply :
- Buy DD from a Nationalized Bank
- Paste your Passport Size Photograph on a white sheet & sign below the photo. You need to scan it with other marks cards & documents.
- Visit Online Application Link provided below.
- Fill the Online Application and upload all the relevant documents & photo.
- Take printout of the Computer Generated Application.
- Enclose the original DD, Attested copies of Marks Cards, Certificates etc in a 14" X 10" Post Cover. On the cover Write your Application No., Name, & “Application for the post of ____________________________________ (fill it with Agricultural Officer / Assistant Agricultural Officer / Assistant Agricultural Officer (Agriculture Engineering & Water Management)” whichever is applicable.
