OPSC Recruitment of 750 Assistant Surgeons 2011. Post Published at News Bird http://news.ravisblognet.com. Odisha Public Service Commission (opsc.nic.in) invites applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to 750 vacant posts of Assistant Surgeons in Junior Class - I of Odisha Medical Service cadre under Health & Family Welfare Department.

Name of the Post :  Assistant Surgeon in Junior Class - I

Total No. of Vacancies : 750 posts (U.R : 253 (83-W), S.E.B.C : 206 (68-W), ST : 169 (56-W), SC : 122 (40-W)

Education Qualification :  MBBS with min. 1 year Horsemanship. Registered at Odisha Medical Registration.

Age Limit (As on 01-08-2011) : Minimum 21 years - Maximum 32 years.

Pay Scale : Rs.15,600-39100/- plus grade pay Rs.5400/- with usual dearness and other allowances

Examination Fee : Rs.50/- in the form of deposit in the Government Treasury under the Head “0051-P.S.C.-105-State P.S.C. Examination Fee”, OR Account Payee Bank Draft / Pay Order drawn in favour of Special Secretary, Odisha Public Service Commission payable at Cuttack.

How to Apply : through Registered Post / Speed Post / Courier Service

• Applications are available at OPSC Office on payment of Rs. 30/- in cash.
• Applications can also be requested through Speed / Register Post on payment of Rs. 70/- through DD drawn in favour of Special Secretary, OPSC payable at Cuttack. (Mention Advertisement No. 06 Of 2011-2012  & Post Name : Assistant Surgeon on the envelop).
• Application Forms can be downloaded from the OPSC Website link provided below. In such case pay the form fee in the form of DD for Rs. 30/-
• Fill the application & send to the following address with fee payment details & relavant documents through Registered Post/Speed Post/Courier Service.
