Applications are invited in the prescribed format (on a good quality A-4 size paper (80 GSM using one side only) from eligible Indian Nationals for the Post of Assistant Loco Pilot. Applications complete in all respects along with required enclosures should be sent by post to the Member Secretary/ Secretary/Assistant Secretary of the concerned Railway Recruitment Board as to reach on or before 02-03-2010 (17.30 hrs).
The applications can also be dropped in the box kept at the premises of concerned RRB offices, till the closing date. For candidates residing in Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Jammu & Kashmir, Lahaul & Spiti districts and Pangi sub-division of Chamba district of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman, Nicobar and Lakshwadeep islands and for candidates residing abroad, the closing date for receipt of applications by posts will be 17-03-2010.
Pay Scale : 5200 - 20200 Gr. Pay Rs. 1900
CANDIDATES PLEASE NOTE :
- Written Examination will be held on same day by all participating RRBs
- Participating RRBs have given choice of regional languages, Candidates have the option of choosing any one of the regional languages at the time of applying.
- No examination fee for Women Candidates / Minority Candidates/Economically Backward class candidates having annual family income less than Rs. 50,000/-. (4) The eligible candidates who have already applied in earlier notifications but examination not held need not apply again to the same RRB. Ineligible candidates whose application has been rejected may apply afresh.
