University Grant Commission (UGC) Conducts National Eligibility Test. UGC invited online applications for the same in September 2010. The last date to apply online was 25-10-2010. But From Saturday 23, October 2010 the servers of UGC NET Exam Online Applications were busy and many people who paid fee were not able to Apply. So UGC extended the last date of submission of application forms online from 25-10-2010 to 26-10-2010 until midnight.

Attention: Date for fee submission and date for online application submission extended till Oct 26, 2010
All those candidates, who will submit the fee through bank challan in SBI till Oct 26, 2010, will be permitted to submit online till Oct 26, 2010 midnight. However the last date of receipt at UGC NET Centre, opted by the candidate, will remain Nov 01, 2010.
