Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) invites applications from eligible candidates for Recruitment Of Specialists Grade-II (Jr. Scale) In E.S.I. Corporation For 17 Various Regions of India. Important Dates :

• Last date of receipt of application: 27-01-2011
• Last date to receive applications from far flung areas : 3-02-2011

Scale of Pay:

PB-3 Rs-15600-39100/- with Grade Pay of Rs.6600/- plus Non - Practicing Allowance (NPA) as admissible to analogous posts in the Central Health Service.

Age Limit: Not exceeding 45 years as on 27-01-2011

HOW TO APPLY:

• Applicants may obtain blank application form from the Senior State Medical
  Commissioner, ESI Corporation of the respective states. (For address download the detailed application of your state from the links provided below.)
• All requests for blank application forms by post should be accompanied by a self-addressed and stamped (affixing postal stamps worth Rs. 25/- on envelope of size 35 cm X 15 cm ) along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 200/- (Rs. 100/- for SC/ST candidates) drawn in favour of ESI Corporation from any scheduled bank.
• Blank application forms can also be obtained in person from the office of the Sr. State Medical Commissioner on payment of Fee
• Completed applications along with attested copies of certificates are to be sent in a cover
  superscribed “Application for the post of Specialist Grade-II (Jr. Scale)”, State Applied For
  Delhi”, Specialty Applied For ____________________” by Registered Post/Speed Post.
