- Print Application Form, Admit Card for Written Test, Admit card for Practical Test / Interview.
- Fill all the details in CAPITAL Letters in your own handwriting & paste recent passport size photographs at the space provided.
- Enclose the documents / certificates / Admit Cards with Two self addressed envelopes of size 28 cm x 12 cm with postage stamp of Rs 27/- affixed on each envelope.
- Send to the designated address for different posts as prescribed in the detailed advertisement with attested copies of certificates and testimonials so as to reach before the last date.
