The Candidates fulfilling the following eligibility criteria can apply online for HPCL OT Vacancy.

- Officer Trainee
- Engineering Discipline: 81 Vacancies
- Quality Control / Operations: 17 Vacancies
- CSR : 05 Vacancies
- Information System Officer: 22 Vacancies
Education Qualification : B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc / Post Graduate Degree / M.Sc / Masters in Social Welfare / MCA / MBA / MMS
Age Limit (As on 20.06.2012) : Maximum Years of Age - 27 Years (25 years for Officer Trainee in Engineering Discipline & 30 Years for Information system Officer)
Pay Scale / Salary : Rs. 33,000/- as stipend (Basic Pay : 24900 - 50500 for Information System Officer )
Selection Procedure : Written Exam and Personal Interview
Fees : Application & Processing Fees : Rs. 535/- (Rs. 135/- for SC/ST/PH/Ex-S)

- Login to the HPCL Recruitment website and fill in online form with all relevant details
- Upload scan copy of photograph
- Submit the form and note the application form no generated.
- Payment through SBI Challan to be made after 2 days of filling the application form from nearest SBI Branch or payment for application/processing fees can be done through Debit/Credit Card
