Canara Bank invites online applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of 2000 Probationary Clerks for bank’s branches all over India. The Candidates who have appeared for IBPS CWE for Clerks are eligible to apply. The Recruitment Rules & Jobs Details are as follows. The candidates who fulfill the following eligibility criteria & have valid score card of Common Written Exam for Clerks conducted by Indian Banking Personnel Selection in 2011-12 can apply online for Clerks vacancy in Canara Bank.
Name of the Post : Probationary Clerks
Total No. of Vacancies : 2000 Posts
Education Qualification : Pass in 12th Std / PUC with min 60% of Marks / Any Degree with valid IBPS Score Card.
Age Limit (As on 01.08.2011) : Minimum 18 Years - Maximum 28 Years.
Pay Scale / Salary : The Candidates who have selected for Clerk post in Canara Bank will be posted in the pay scale of Rs. 7200-400/3-8400-500/3-9900-600/4-12300-700/7-17200-1300/1-18500-800/1-19300.
Selection Procedure : IBPS Score - Group Discussion - Personal Interview
The cut-off marks in IBPS Score is different for different states. Candidates should refer the detailed notification for exact cut-off.
Fees : Rs. 100/- (Rs. 50/- for SC/ST/PH) Payable at any CBS branch of Canara Bank or through any NEFT enabled branch of any bank to Canara Bank, South End Road Branch, Bangalore.
