Prasar Bharati Recruitment 2013 SSC Online Application for Engineering Assistant & Technician Vacancy. Prasar Bharti wishes to recruit young and skilled personnel from Engineering & Diploma qualification for it’s offices spread all over India. For that it requested Staff Selection Commission to conduct the recruitment process. SSC invites online applications to fill 1290 vacancies for Assistant Engineers & 340 Technicians jobs available in Prasar Bharathi, Doordarshan, All India Radio. There are vacancies in all zones of India namely North Zone, North East Zone, South Zone, East Zone & West Zone.

Prasar Bharati is an autonomous organization under department of broadcasting, Government of India. PB is one of the largest broadcasting corporation of India & comprises Doordarshan & All India Radio & have channels in all major Indian languages. Though SSC is conducting Recruitment on behalf of Prasar Bharti, The candidates selected for Engineering Assistant Job or Technician Job will not have the status of Central Government Civilian Employees. That means they will not be eligible for benefit of age relaxation etc. admissible to Central Government civilian employees in recruitments made by the Staff Selection Commission for Ministries / Departments / Attached and Subordinate Offices under Government of India.
Selection Procedure : Written Exam - Personal Interview
Fees : All General & OBC Applicants should pay the Application fees of Rs. 200/- through challan generated after applying online at any branch of State bank of India or through Net Banking. There is no fees for SC/ST/PWD/Ex-S/Women candidates.
Age Limit (As on 01-01-2013) : Age of Candidates applying for Technican should be between 18 Years & 25 Years. The age of candidates applying for Engineer Assistant should not be more than 30 years.

sir physics n mathematics s b.sc without any experience age 29 yrs candidate eligible hoenge?

You could have applied for Engineering assistant job as you have studied B.Sc with Physics as one of the subject. You are age is also within the limit but they have asked for one year experience in related period. As you have no experience, you cannot apply.
For Engineering Assistant job one of the qualification is Degree in Information Technology Engineering from a recognized University/Institute.
But BCA is not an engineering course. But If you had Physics as one of the subject in BCA & one year experience in related field you can apply.
But I don't think, BCA have physics as one of the subject. So BCA candidates cannot apply for this job.
Can M.Sc.(IT) person without experience apply for Engg. Asstt. post? As they have asked for a Degree in IT in item no. 3 of the qualification

Any candidate whether male or female can apply for Technician post in Prasar Bharti provided they have the qualification mentioned in the job post.
For Technical Post, Experience is not required.
Yes! You can apply for both the posts in a single application. Just provide the preference in the "Preference for posts" Field in second screen.
Degree in IT is one of the qualification eligible for Engineering Assistant job. There is no clarification regarding BE(Computer Science) nor M.Sc(IT). It may be over qualified for the post. In the qualification list, Computer Science is not mentioned. One should contact the SSC / Prasar Bharti Officers for clarification.
