There are 177 Vacancies under general recruitment & 48 Vacancies under Special Recruitment Drive for SC/ST Backlog Posts.The Recruitment Rules, Job Requirements & Eligibility Qualifications are provided below. The Candidates fulfilling the following eligibility criteria can apply for BEL Engineers Vacancy.

- Graduate Engineers Electronics - 88 Vacancies (+ 24 Posts for SC/ST SRD)
- Graduate Engineers Mechanical - 32 Vacancies (+ 14 Posts for SC/ST SRD)
- Graduate Engineers Computer Science - 50 Vacancies (+ 10 Posts for SC/ST SRD)
- Probationary Officers - HR Professionals : 07 Vacancies
Education Qualification : For Graduate Engineer (Probationary Engineers) Post Candidates should have any one of B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc Engineering / AMIE / GIETE in Electronics / Electronics and Communication / Electronics & Telecommunication / Communication / Telecommunication / Mechanical / Computer Science / Computer Science and Engineering. For Probationary Officers (HR Professional) Post Candidates should have completed any one of MBA / MSW / PG Diploma in HRM / Personnel Management & Industrial Relations.
Age Limit : (As on 1st May 2012) Not more than 25 Years. (Age Relaxation available)
Fee : Rs. 500/- (No Fee for SC/ST/PH)
