Punjab National Bank invites online applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of Management Trainees for banks branches all over India. The Candidates who have appeared for IBPS CWE for PO/MT are eligible to apply. The PNB has collaborated with Manipal Global Education, Bangalore (MaGE) for imparting selected candidates with the necessary knowledge and skills required to be good all-round bankers through One year Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance course (PGDBF). The Recruitment Rules & Jobs Details are as follows. The candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria as per Recruitment Notification Advertisement & have valid score card of Common Written Exam for Probationary Officers / Management Trainee conducted by Indian Banking Personnel Selection in 2011 can apply online for Management Trainee Vacancy in Punjab National Bank.

Total No. of Vacancies : 120 Posts
Education Qualification : Any Degree with valid IBPS Score Card.
Age Limit (As on 13th August 2012) : Minimum 20 Years - Maximum 28 Years.
Salary / Pay Scale : Stipend : Rs. 2,500/- pm during Campus Period & Rs. 10,000/- pm during Internship period. After absorbing by the bank under Junior Management Grade Scale-I the Pay Scale is Rs. 14500-600x7/18700-700x2/20100-800x7/25700.
Selection Procedure : IBPS Score - Group Discussion - Personal Interview
Fees : Rs. 100/- (Rs. 20/- for SC/ST/PH) Payable at any CBS branch of Punjab National Bank through the challan format provided below.
