The call letters indicating date, time and venue of examination center for the written examination to the eligible candidates for the above mentioned categories have been sent at the address given in the Application Form. The rejection advise is also being sent to ineligible candidates. Railway Recruitment Board, Malda will not be responsible for any postal delay or wrong delivery.
Those eligible candidates who do not get call letters or who have been issued call letter with any wrong entry pertaining to name, community, category no, photograph and free travel authority (for SC/ST only) may contact personally as per schedule given above from 10.00 to 17.00 hrs for getting correct/duplicate Call Letters. Such candidates should bring along with them adequate proof of having submitted application i.e. copy of DD/IPO and two passport size photographs, age proof and caste certificate.
Status of the application can be seen on the RRB/Malda’s website : www.rrbmalda.gov.in one week before scheduled date of examination. It should be noted that duplicate call letters will be issued only to those candidates whose names exist in Master list of eligible candidates.
Eligible candidates should find out EXAM TOWN (i.e. Malda or Asansol) from the above website of RRB/Malda against candidate’s name. In case of non-receiving of call letter by post, eligible candidates whose EXAM TOWN is Asansol, has to collect duplicate call letter from Asansol (date & place mentioned above) and eligible candidates whose EXAM TOWN is Malda, has to collect duplicate call letter from Malda (date & place mentioned above).
