Hi Chandrika,
You can only apply for SDA on SSLC base. But as diploma is not considered as degree you cannot apply for FDA.

The qualification asked for SDA is SSLC. So you can apply for the job. By the time the exam is completed and interview is conducted I think your BCA course will also be completed. All the best.

Once you submit the form, you cannot make any changes. So it's very important taht you pay attention while filling up the form.
You cannot apply for the same post more than once. So once you have submitted the application form you cannot apply for the same again.
You have selected Raichur as Exam center, You need not to worry. Because place of allotment will be done after you have qualified in the final interview process. Raichur you have selected is for just to write exam in that place.

First you have to apply online then only you will get the bank challan. You have to pay the fee at the bank and then again enter the journal no.

Minimum qualification required to apply for FDA is degree. You have just completed 2nd PU so you are eligible only to apply for SDA.
Once you complete degree you can apply for FDA.

When you try to upload the photo just look for any error messages displayed. Most probably it will show the error message if there is any problem. Keep the image format as .jpeg

As your father is a govt. employee as on 8-03-2011 the last date to submit application, you can only apply through GM category.

Once you submit the application, you cannot make any changes or modifications. You cannot even apply again. So it's very important for all to note that before pressing the submit button make sure you have entered all the details correct.

If you have done any degree course with any recognised university you are eligible to apply even if it is through correspondense, Distance Education whtaever. What you have to check is whether your university and course is recognised or not.

You can give any address and write exam in any other center. No problem with that.
But regarding marks card, you have to be passed before 8-03-2011. Your final degree marks card should contain the date which should be before 8-03-2011. The means if you have written final sem/year exam and waiting for the results you cannot apply for FDA. YOu can apply for SDA based on your SSLC marks card.

You need not to show your marks cards now. When you pass in FDA exam then you will be called for Original Document Verification. In that time only you need to bring all your original marks cards and certificates.

First You have to take Caste Certificate. Then only you can apply for the post. As you need to mension the date of issue of castre certificate it's mandatory that you have your caste certificate in hand before applying for FDA SDA.
You can take caste certificate on any date before 08-03-2011. Even if you have already taken the caste certificate (Wthin a year) you can submit the date of it.

You can apply for both FDA/SDA. There will be different exam for both the posts. Once you qualify in the written exam then you will be called for original document verification.

You need not to know this no.s as you need to pay the fee through the challan with your name printed on it. the computer generates the challan for you once you are successfully applied for the job.

There is no aggregate set for applying for FDA / SDA. Only criteria is you shoukd have passed the required course (Cleared all the papers).

Only after clicking on the submit button, the application will be successfully submitted. Then you will get the bank fee challan. If you haven't clicked on the submit button. There is no problem you can apply once again.

10-03-2011 IS The last date to enter Journal Number. So make sure that you update journal no. details before that.
As the last date is fast approaching the people who submit applications are more. so the traffic is huge which the server is not acapable of handling. So the Application submit process is veru slow. Keep trying till you able to submit the form.

Hi, I am Suresh, I am finding it difficult to dowload my hall ticket for SDA exam.When I entered my application ID nmbr its giving me the message "Invalid Application Number or doesn't exist".
When I entered my name and date of birth to verify my application ID nmbr its still giving the same message. When I contacted SHAR technology people they assured me that it will be rectified within 2days but even after 4 days nothing has changed and when I contacted them again they r telling that it will done by 1st june but the Kpsc has announced the last date to download as 28-05-2011. I am not getting any proper response when I contacted KPSC office helpline nmbrs displayed by them.

At this point of time you cannot change anything. You have to write exam in English.

Exams will be conducted by KPSC. The exams will be conducted twice in a year in the month of June/July & Dec/Jan. Now the Departmental Exam 2011 2nd session will be conducted in Dec/Jan. You need to apply online for the exam. Visit KPSC Departmental Exam 2011 2nd Session Notification for more details.

Document Verification is nothing but, checking of the original documents for Age Proof, Caste / Income Certificate, Kannada Medium, Rural certificate, SSLC Marks Cards etc. So to check that what are the things you have claimed in the appliaction is valid.
Many people wrongly mention the marks, or put wrong date of birth. provide false caste details for the sake of reservation. So during Original document verification, these candidates will be dropped.
