Karnataka Ration Card Booking Online. Post Published at News Bird http://news.ravisblognet.com. Karnataka Department of Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer affairs (http://ahara.kar.nic.in) resumes the registration for Ration Card through Online Application. For identifying and cancelling duplicate Ration Cards in Karnataka, the department has temporarily stopped the booking of new ration cards. Now the booking of ration card is commenced from today. There will be no last date to book Ration Card, so citizens can apply without any hurry.
Till now almost 12 lakh duplicate Ration Cards have been identified & cancelled. Still the verification process is on progress and same number of ration cards may be cancelled.

In Rural areas, the registration for Ration Card will be done through Grama Panchayath Office by paying Rs.10. In urban areas, registration can be done in Office of Deputy Director, Food Department or at any Cyber Cafe.

Why FCS&CA not declaring in leading English Daily - the Ration Card Distribution Date etc?Why keeping the applicants in dark ? What is the motive of FCS&CA ? The callousness of FCS&CA in height. Last more than 3 years not enough to Renewal of my Ration Card . And after 3 years again applied for a new on 21.11.2011 but no use,the same thing - no responses. Why Anna Hazare got public sympathy unanimously to
establish a Jan Lokpal Bill ? I am fedup,no need of Ration Card

With lots ok follow up , came to understand that, "let the Food Inspector visit the house", then only Ration Card may/can be processed.3 years past - Lets wait for arrival of Food Inspector?

Ward no. can be found from your voter list. The number given in election ID card is Assembly Constituency number.

The FCS&CA[www.aharakar.nic.in]-Karnataka Online Ration Card Application Form a coloum mentioned as'NAME OF THE APPLICANT'but how can the applicant will write in that area the FAMILY MEMBERS LIST ?There should have a separate place for Family Members List.There is a col-Head of the family.Why
then Name of the Applicant?
My application Ack No.144638 dt.21/11/2011 cancelled for the
above reason & a new Form Filled up with Ack.No.2884198 dated 29.02.2012 & some amount extra deposited for the Form, Total Rs.44/-or so for processing with all the Records such as- Aadhaar Ids,EPIC/Vot.Ids,Postal Adrs Proof Ids,PAN Cards,LPG Con.No.etc.etc to The Food Inspector Inspector FCS(south),
Chamarajpet,B'lore-18 with Mr.M A Babu Reddy.We both the spouse SrCtzns Photographs & Biometric(Left Thumb) processed and ad advised us to collect the Ration Card after 7 days. Lets wait & watch - when 3 years & 2 months already waited.
