KREIS has published an advertisement on 02-01-2012 for those candidates who have not appeared for original document verification that they should appear for ODV on 05-01-2012. So after completion of this process, the 2nd Provisional list will be announced.

There is 261 vacancy for FDA jobs but in fist list 251 candidates are selected we don't know out of 251 candidates how many no.of candidates are not attend for original document verification and also there may be chances of rejecting some candidates in fist list, how can government fill remaining vacancies, i request your announce second list to those unfilled vacancies

This is not fare the contract teacher are going to the court,if they are very serious about there carrier they would have cracked the exams write, very first thing is that they would have well versed in subjects, we people struggled a lot with great difficulty we have secured good marks in com-putative exam how can these selection commit discards us no i don't thing so, if any know exact information pls share with us

In the verification absent list, kreis given for all the subject but computerscience they didn't mention any thing,
that means all are attended for verification or what, when they announce the second list, please reply

But according to link bellow some contract teacher's were called for verification of their original documents, for absorbing them as regular teachers. So I don't think they have created any problems. After all its a govt process, Definitely it will take time (minimum 6 months). I think we should wait..

kreis made permanent of 380 teachers and 56 principals as absorbed teachers since oct 01 2011. when is second list of recruitment? why it takes so long time???

There's no stay order or another crap that the guys might be telling you. Govt. recruitment process will take time.

The teachers who are working under contract, their contract will end up in march 2012. Until then their services will be taken.

The financial department will not recruit you right away cause if they do so they will have to pay you guys 2 months salary for doing nothing cause there will be summer vacation.

2nd list and final list will be made available in march-april months, then counselling will be done.

So we people must wait till may month i guess. From June we have to start our work.

Contract teachers do not have a valid reason, so court cannot put this recruitment. Suppose for some damn reason this happens, (which won't). We can sue the govt. and people behind the recruitment. But the govt. had given equal opportunity to all.

Don't worry guys nothings gonna happen. You will get recruited within june month.

And pssss. most of the contract teachers are not properly qualified...

Hi frnds, Contract teachers are gone to court and appeal the this selection list that why it taking more time to announce second list, wt we need to do is we should go court and appeal our problems if we not appeal court may give lot of jobs to these contract teachers.... than wt is the justice for first selection list candidates and wt is the justice for who r waiting for second list ?? it is not good

Second list if for those who have attended the verification process.

After this second list they will give some time to file objections, after that final selection list will be rolled out.

And people who have missed by marginal marks, i really don't have any clue what so ever.

And the day i had attended the verification at CAC, they told that there are still many vacant positions for which they will conduct exam, i guess they will include the vacant positions created by absentees to that examination process. This is what all i know.

For people who have attended Verification: "Within June we will get the appointment letter and will be working"

What's the actual problem? A few people say there is a problem in selection process due to contract teachers but I personally feel there is no such problem as they went on strike against this process in Hassan ( Protest against the selection by the contract teachers) So we need not to be tensed( They cant protest if it's in court) but there might be some other problem or else they must have announce the final list. ( Candidates who got selected need more time to report to their respective schools as their certificates to be approved by various institutions etc... like caste, study,rural...
If anyone knows the truth please share. We cant trust CAC as they have been saying 15 more days to announce the result (since 2 months) Please don't spread the rumors without having correct information which breaks the hearts of many innocent people who got selected in first list.

Hi friends i got latest information - all contract teachers are against this recruitment process and they had go to court and suite the stay order on 22-May-12 high court going to decide whether this recruitment process continue or stop .

So that my kind request is , all selected candidates come and join us the protest against this injustice activity if we not go to court, probably we cant get this job please join us at high court of Ban on 21-May-12 at 10-00 AM

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ರಾಜ್ಯದ ವಿವಿಧ ಮೊರಾರ್ಜಿ ದೇಸಾಯಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕೇತರ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಭರ್ತಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ 2011ರ ಜನವರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದ್ದ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಅನ್ವಯ ನೇಮಕಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಅಂತಿಮ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಹಸಿರುನಿಶಾನೆ ತೋರಿದೆ.

ಈ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಗೆ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದ ತಡೆಯಾಜ್ಞೆಯನ್ನು ತೆರವುಗೊಳಿಸುವಂತೆ ಕೋರಿ ಶಾಲೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿ ಎ.ಎಸ್.ಪಾಚ್ಚಾಪುರೆ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಮಾಡಿದರು.

`ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ವಸತಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಸಂಘ`ದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಶೇ 5ರಷ್ಟು ಕೃಪಾಂಕ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ ಹೊರಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಈ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದವರಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ಕೃಪಾಂಕ ಮೀಸಲು ಇರಿಸಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದು ಕಾನೂನುಬಾಹಿರ` ಎಂದು ಕೆಲವು ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ದೂರಿದ್ದ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಗೆ ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ತಡೆ ನೀಡಿತ್ತು.

ಅದರ ತೆರವಿಗೆ ಕೋರಿದ್ದ ಶಾಲೆಯು `ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು, ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ಆಪರೇಟರ್ಸ್‌, ಪ್ರಥಮ ದರ್ಜೆ ಸಹಾಯಕರು, ವಾರ್ಡನ್ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಒಟ್ಟು 5225 ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ 76,223 ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ನೀಡಿರುವ ತಡೆಯಿಂದಾಗಿ ಈ ಎಲ್ಲ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ತೊಂದರೆ ಆಗಿದೆ. ಅಷ್ಟೇ ಅಲ್ಲದೇ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ನೇಮಕವಾಗದೆ 1.35 ಲಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೂ ಅಧಿಕ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಭವಿಷ್ಯ ಡೋಲಾಯಮಾನವಾಗಿದೆ` ಎಂದು ಅರ್ಜಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿತ್ತು.

`ಕೆಲವು ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದಿಂದ ಸತ್ಯಾಂಶ ಮುಚ್ಚಿಟ್ಟು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ, ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಗೆ ತಡೆ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಲ್ಲಿ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರ ವಾದದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಹುರುಳು ಇಲ್ಲ` ಎಂದು ಶಾಲೆಯ ಪರ ವಾದಿಸಿದ ವಕೀಲ ಎನ್.ಎಂ.ಮಧುಸೂದನ ಪೀಠದ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ತಂದರು. ಈ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮನವಿಯನ್ನು ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿಗಳು ಮಾನ್ಯ ಮಾಡಿದರು.

i heard that there is no counselling for kreis recruitments and they are posting the candidates wherever they want. I request all the selected candidates to protest against this act of kreis and insist for counselling, so as the candidates can get the chance to choose their place in counselling according to their merit.

Hi what happend KREIS Drawing teacher post final list matter ? last 18 months they didnt take any Gud solutions ..... now shantappa sir told , regarding to Drawing teacher post we will call new applications ! Hello friends , in all karantaka state last 8 months KREIS school studentes didnt had Drawing subject. In Morarji school students good know about Drawing/Sketching , so KREIS selection board well to sleeping last 18 months regarding to drawing teacher selection matter !! always mad too late process , so students also didnt feed school drawing subjects last 8 months ........ !!

hi freinds... I have seen the judgement copy of High court..It clearly states that weigthage should be given to NGO teachers.... There is one clause states that present appointments are subject to writ petition of NGO... They can withdraw appointment order by using last in first out principle to accomdate NGO teachers...

What about additionals ?and ngo judgement ?

Im selected as principal in seconf list.and already verification has done. And now in final list i lost with 0.16%. And im in additional list.

Regarding to KREIS Drawing teacher post , Who are diploma holders when their names did not appear in the merit selection list they had approched high court some Diploma holders filed writ pititions , fine arts BFA not eligible for teaching post , ( Diploma ) only eligible for the post of Drawing teacher post ( W.P No 84199 /2012 & 84509 - 512 / 2012 ) Highcourt orderd - Fine arts master degree MFA or MVA , Fine arts bachelor degree BFA or BVA all equalent fine arts Degree is suitable to discharge the duties of a Drawing teaher post ( Hence these diploma holders writ petitions are already dismissed in highcourt 20th Nov 2012 ) ............All the best........ soon we hope for Drawing teacher final selection list year 2013

Hi Friends ......... regarding to DRAWING TEACHER POST last 14 months ' KREIS selection board ' didnt announce the final merit list ' ( i think high court almost did green signal , court said we cannot meddle with it ) ..........regarding to Drawing teacher matter , last 2 month back i wrote letter with document to High court Chief justice & CM and also concerned Minister & Director of KREIS Recruitment selection board........ i think who are already selected in DRAWING TEAHER merit list , plz approched to Department of Social Welfare Secreatry or concerned Minister in Vikas soudha , Bangalore otherwise KREIS selection board nothing will do ' unfortunatly last 14 months they simply sleeping to this matter nothing did only pushing recruitment files !!! ............ dn sure we lost our AGE & SERVICE but we hope for good ....... thats' it

KREIS morarji Desai DRAWING TEACHER POST Final Merit list ? we all waiting for last 4 years .....Regarding to Highcourt final order Govt did KREIS Drwaing teacher post NEW AMNDEMENT in 2013 - total no of post ( if 500 post ) 50% reserved for BFA or BVA Degree & another 50% are reserved for Diploma in Drawing & Painting , AM GD ..... but roster will announced separated ....
