Qualification : Diploma in Engineering with minimum 70% marks in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical / Civil / Instrumentation / Electronics disciplines.
Age Limit : The age of the applicants should not be more than 27 years as on 10.09.2013
Salary : The candidates selected as diploma trainees in NTPC will undergo training for a period of 1(one) year at various locations and will be paid a consolidated stipend of Rs.15,500/- per month. On successful completion of training, these candidates will be absorbed in the pay scale of Rs. 15500-3%-34500/- (W7 grade).
Fee : Rs. 300/- (No Fees for SC/ ST/ PWD) paid in SBI with the challan. For Bank Challan visit http://www.ntpccareers.net/d13_hm.php & click on Bank Pay in Slip enter your name and generate personalized Challan with your name printed.
Selection Procedure : Objective type written examination followed by Personal Interview.
