Education Qualification : SSLC Pass with Sr. Typewriting in Kannada and English & Stenography Certificate / Secretarial Diploma with Kannada, English Typewriting & Shorthand as optional subjects.

Age Limit : Minimum 18 Years - Maximum 35 Years (38 years for OBC & 40 years for SC/ST candidates, 10 years relaxation available for Physically handicapped & Widows, For Ex-Servicemen Age relaxation is 3 years + No. of years in Service of armed forces).

Pay Scale / Salary : Rs. 7275 – 175 – 7800 – 200 – 8600 – 225 – 9500 – 250 – 10500 – 300 – 12300 – 350 – 13350 + Allowances
