MT (Engg.) Chemical : 12 - MT (HR) : 8
Education Qualification : Candidates having B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc (Engineering) in respective disciplines, MBA (HR) qualification can apply.
Age Limit : The age of applicants should not be more than 25 years as on 01/07/2013. However SC/ST Candidates up to the age of 30 years, OBC (non Creamy Layer) up to the age of 28 years can also apply. Physically handicapped persons will have additional 5 years relaxation.
Pay Scale / Salary : The selected candidates will undergo training for one year. During training period, Management trainees are entitled to the salary of Rs. 35,000/- + Accommodation & Transport will be provided. After successful completion of the training they will be considered for obsorption in the regulr EIL pay scale of Rs. 24,900 - 50500/-
Fees : The OBC & General candidates have to pay Rs. 300/- + 30/- through pay slip generated after applying online at nearby branch of State Bank of India.
Selection Procedure : Engineers India Limited Recruitment Selection process consists of a Written Exam followed by Personal Interview. The written exam will be conducted at 16 centers across India.
