GATE Jobs in PSU. PSU Jobs through GATE 2014. Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering as the name suggests it is a aptitude test jointly conducted by Indian Institute of Technologies & Indian Institute of Science. This score of this test is mainly useful for getting admission to higher studies like M.Tech, M.E, Ph.D etc. But that is not the only use of appearing in this engineering Exam. Now a days many Navarathna Public Sector Units (PSUs) are recruiting candidates through the GATE Score. PSU Jobs are available at HPCL, BEL, NTPC, GAIL, BHEL, DVC, BPCL,IOCL, PGCIL, HEC etc.
The Online Application submission process for GATE - 2014 will commence from 2nd September & lasts till 01st October 2013. The Engineering students who are in final year of their course & candidates who have completed engineering can apply for exam. Engineering students either pursuing higher studies or aspiring to join PSUs can take this aptitude test. So it’s one of the most prestigious Aptitude Test in India. Candidates have to register with these PSUs separately once they get their registration no. The online application for this process will be open in the month of December, January. PSUs have started a recruitment campaign in the slogan of ‘GATE’ Way to PSU Jobs. Replacing the PSU with their own organization names. Some of these companies have all ready issued notification regarding recruitment of Graduate Engineers through GATE – 2014. Some of these PSUs have recruited last year through GATE – 2012 & GATE - 2013 & likely to issue the recruitment notification sooner or later.
