NCERT Recruitment 2013 - Non Teaching Staff Vacancy. National Council of Educational Research and Training requires various non teaching staffs like consultants, associates, Accountant and other office staff. Educational Survey Division of NCERT invites applications from eligible candidates to fill up these vacancies for a MHRD approved project titled "National Achievement Survey at the end of Class V (Fourth Cycle) under Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA). The recruitment will be on the basis of Walk-in Interview to be conducted from 9th September, 2013 to 20th Sept, 2013.
