Experience : For Asst. Manager job 2 - 4 Years of Post qualification experience & for Manager post minimum 10 years of post qualification experience is required.
Age Limit : The age of applicants should be less than 34 years for AM post & less than 40 years for Manager post as on 1.10.2013.
Pay Scale / Salary : Managers at SAIL will draw salary in the pay scale of Rs. 36,600-3%-62,000. Assistant managers will draw salary in the pay scale of Rs. 24900-3%-50500. With the basic pay, selected candidates are eligible for other allowances.
Fee : Rs. 500/- (Rs. 100/- for SC/ST/PWD/Departmental Candidates) should be payable as recruitment fee through Online banking using debit / Credit Card / Net banking.
SAIL Selection Process : Written Test followed by Interview.
SAIL Recruitment process involves Written Test & Interview. Written test will be held at Kolkata and interview will be held at Ranchi.
