COMEDK an Association of Private Engineering, Dental and Medical colleges of Karnataka was exposed by a TV Channel collecting lakhs of Rupees as donations for the seats in the colleges.

Inspite of Supreme Court and Govt. regulations and instructions COMEDK is selling engineering, medical and Dental seats. All these colleges are under the authority of Politicians, Religious leaders or their family members. So Students don’t have any hope of getting justice in this regard.

Karnataka CET was one of the most prestigious & transparent system in distributing seats among students solely based on merit. But a judgment from Supreme court reliving govt. control over unaided, religious and minority colleges has given them lucrative opportunity to turn their institutions into a money machine.

Today the 2nd round of counseling was going on when a News channel caught some students red handedly carrying lakhs of Rupees and confirming seats without even having proper certificates and documents.
