Branch Managers :

• Age Limit : Not More than 35 years 
• Desired Qualification : - MBA (with specialization in Finance /Marketing)

Relationship Manager – Wealth:

• Age Limit : Not more then 30 yrs 
• Minimum Qualification : Graduation in any stream

Relationship Manager – Emerging Corporate:

• Age Limit : Not more than 30 yrs
• Minimum Qualification – Graduation in any stream

Manager Customer Service & Operations:

• Age Limit : 28-35 years
• Experience : 5 to 8 years of experience in General Banking Operations.
• Minimum Qualification – Graduation in any stream

Associate Manager Operations:

• Age Limit : around 25 years of age
• Experience : 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in Branch Operations
• Minimum Qualification – Graduate in Commerce/ Finance / Accounting

Associate Manager Trade Operations:

• Age Limit : around 25 years
• Experience : 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in Specialized Branch Banking Operational areas as Trade, Forex, CMS, Demat, etc.
• Minimum Qualification – Graduate in Commerce/ Finance / Accounting

Risk Management

Credit Analyst / Senior Credit Analyst: 

• Age Limit : around 28-35 years
• Experience : 3 to 10 years of experience as a Credit Analyst with SME / Large Corporate. 
• Minimum Qualification – Graduate in Commerce/ Finance / Accounting

Associate – Credit Administration / Manager Credit Administration:

• Age Limit : around 28-35 years
• Experience : 3 to 5 years of experience in Credit Administration related activities of SME or Large Corporate loan portfolios.
• Minimum Qualification – Graduation in any stream

Corporate and Commercial Banking Group

Relationship Managers - Financial Institution & Public Sector:

• Experience : 5 – 6 years of related experience in the FIPS segment. 
• Desired Qualification - MBA (with specialization in Finance /Marketing) or Chartered Accountant  

Relationship Managers - Business Banking:

• Age Limit : around 30 years
• Experience : 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in the Business Banking domain.
• Desired Qualification - MBA (with specialization in Finance /Marketing) or Chartered Accountant  

Relationship Manager- Trade and Forex (Business Banking):

• Age Limit : around 30 years
• Experience :3-5 years of relevant experience in selling Trade and Forex Products to clients in the Business Banking Domain.
