  1. I am told that Karnataka Bank is a private Bank with no scope for candidates.
It is also said that there is a 3 year Bond. Am I stuck?
The yearly increment is less than Rs1000/-
Karnataka Bank has bad HR Policies .There is no pension benefits ,frequent transfers.
In short it is said that it is better not to apply .
    Can you please advice?

  3. am told that this is a private Bank with no scope for candidates. I enquired. Apart from salary, the perks and benefits are not applicable as given to Nationalised banks. The bank has few branches so transfers are from one corner to another .Work load is very high . For every 3 staff in nationalised bank here there is only 1 person. So you do 3 peoples job. There is no pension benefits
In short it is said that it is better not to apply .

Save others joining in.PASS IT ON TO ALL BROTHERS & SISTERS who will otherwise get stuck.
