OPSC Recrutiment - Public Prosecutor Vacancy. Odisha Public Service Commission (www.opsc.nic.in) invites online applications in the prescribed form from eligible candidates for appearing in written examination and interview to be conducted by the OPSC under the provisions of the Odisha State Prosecution Service Rules for recruitment of Additional Public Prosecutors & Assistant Public Prosecutors by direct recruitment.

Name of the Post & Total No. of Vacancy :

• Additional Public Prosecutor Group - A : 26
• Assistant Public Prosecutor Group - B : 69

Qualification :  A candidate must have Passed Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized University and must have experience as practicing Advocate for 7 Years for Additional Public Prosecutor Post & 2 Years for Asst. Public Prosecutor.
 
Age Limit : The age of applicants should be less than 35 years for Asst. PP & less than 40 years for Addl. PP job in OPSC Recruitment.


Pay Scale : Rs.9,300/- -34,800/- with Grade pay of Rs.5,400/- for Addl. PP & Rs. 4,600/- for Asst. PP with usual Dearness Allowances and other allowances.


Fee : Rs. 300/- should be payable as Examination fee (No fees for SC/ST/PWD Candidates)

Exam Center : Balasore, Berhampur, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack. and Sambalpur
