NIOS Online Admission Notification 2012 for Class X & XII. Post Published at News Bird http://news.ravisblognet.com. National Institute of Open Schooling, (www.nios.ac.in) an Autonomous Organization under Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India invites Online / Offline Applications from eligible students for admissions to Secondary (X / 10th class) & Senior Secondary (XII / 12th Class) through any one of NIOS Study Centers. The Examination for these classes will be conducted in the month of October 2012.

Eligibility :

• Secondary (Class X) : Passed in Class VIII or self Certificate
• Senior Secondary (Class XII) : Passed in Secondary (Class XII)

Age Limit (As on 31-01-2012) :

• Secondary (Class X) : Minimum 14 years
• Senior Secondary (Class XII) : Minimum 15 years

About NIOS :

National Institute of Open Schooling is formed in 1989 to support students who are not able to attend the regular school and pursue their education. Students can enroll to Open Schooling and study through the Study centers setup by NIOS & take the examination. NIOS also provides Online course materials for students. NIOS conducts various programs for students including vocational courses.

How to Apply : through Online OR Offline.

Students can get admission through Online or through Offline. for Online Application Submission, Students have to visit the NIOS Online Application Link provided below & get enrolled. For Offline Admission, students need to visit the nearby NIOS Accredited Institution (AIs) / NIOS regional Centers / Sub-Centers.
