Staff Selection Commission invites Online Applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to 42422 vacant posts of Constables (GD) in CAPFs ( Central Armed Police Forces like ITBPF, BSF, CISF, CRPF and SSB) & Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles. (SSC http://ssc.nic.in/).
Education Qualification : 10th / SSLC / Matriculation.
Total No. of Vacancies : 42422 posts
Fee : Rs. 50/- (No Fee for Women / SC / ST / Ex-S) payable in the form of CRF Stamps or SBI Challan or on-line payment through Internet Banking account with the State Bank of India.
Selection Process : Physical Standards Test - Physical Efficiency Test - Written Examination - Medical Examination.
Pay Scale : Salary in Pay Band – I : Rs. 5200 - 20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 2000/-

ReplyDeleteLast date to apply for SSC CRPF BSF CISF SSB ITBPF & Assam Rifles is over. Many people are confusing with this. If you are also the one read below.
ReplyDeleteSSC Online Applications Submission procedure contains two parts.
PART - I Registration &
PART - II Registration.
In Part - I registration one has to provide all the basic details like name, DOB, qualification, Address etc. After Part - I registration you can download Bank Fee Payment Challan (Only for OBC & General Candidates) There will be no fees for SC/ST candidates so they can't download the challan.
For this PART - I registration Last Date is 02-01-2012 till 5:00 PM (Monday).
PART - II registration consists of updating Bank Fee Payment details & uploading Photo & signature.
General & OBC Candidates need to pay fee at near by SBI branch & update the fee details. SC/ST candidates after PART - I registration can directly go to PART - II registration.
For PART - II registration Last date was 04-01-2012 till 5:00 PM. Now this date is extended to 07-01-2012 till 5:00 PM.
So this is applicable to the candidates who have already completed PART - I registration on or before 02-01-2012.
This procedure is same for all SSC Online Applications. So in news papers if they say Last Date, it is for PART - II Registration. Generally Part - I Registration process will end two days before the PART - II Registration. So it's wise to apply earlier without waiting for Last Date.
