Name of the Post : Clerks
Total no of Vacancies : 804 Posts
- Punjab Sessions Divisions (Subordinate Courts): 297 Vacancies
- Haryana Sessions Divisions (Subordinate Courts): 500 Vacancies
- Chandigarh Sessions Divisions : 07 Vacancies
Educational Qualification : Pass in any Graduation Degree with Hindi as one of the subject in matriculation. Should have knowledge of Using Computers & Office Applications.
Age Limit:
- For Clerk Jobs at Haryana Court : Minimum 18 years – Maximum 40 years
- For Clerk Jobs at Punjab Court : Minimum 18 years – Maximum 37 years
- For Clerk Jobs at Chandigarh Court : Minimum 18 years – Maximum 30 years
Pay Scale :
- Punjab / Chandigarh : Rs. 10300-34800 + Grade Pay of Rs.3200/-
- Haryana : Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay of Rs. 2400/-
Application Fee : Rs.500/- (Rs. 125/- for SC / ST /BC / OBC / ESM of the State of Punjab & Haryana)
Selection process: Written Examination - Interview

- Fill the registration form with required details & Submit the form. Note Down a unique Registration ID and Password.
- Take printout of the Cash Deposit Receipt
- Visit nearby branch of State bank of India (SBI) 4 hours after submitting online application to deposit application fee.
- Collect unique Transaction No./ Journal No. from the Bank.
- Again go to website and now Click on Sign in if already registered link
- Enter Registration ID and Password.
- Enter bank transaction details and upload scanned photograph & signature at space provided.
- Take print out of filled online application and retain with you for further use.
