Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India invites applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of Head Constable (Telecom) & Assistant Sub Inspector (Telecom). The Recruitment Rules & Jobs Details are as follows. The Candidates fulfilling the following eligibility criteria can apply for SSB HC, ASI Jobs Vacancy.

Name of the Post & Total No. of Vacancies : 326 Posts

• Head Constable (Telecom) : 250 Vacancies
• Assistant Sub Inspector (Telecom) : 76 Vacancies

Education Qualification : Diploma  in Electronics  / Telecommunication / two years
I.T.I. Certificate in Electronics OR 10+2  / Intermediate with 50% marks in aggregate with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects.

Age Limit (As on 31-07-2012) : Minimum 18 Years - Maximum 23 Years.

Pay Scale / Salary : PB-I + Allowances

• Asstt. Sub-Inspector (Telecom) : Rs. 5200-20200 + 2800
• Head Constable (Telecom) : Rs. 5200-20200 + 2400

Selection Procedure : Original Document Verification - Physical Standard Test ( PST) - Physical Efficiency Test ( PET) - Written Test - Technical test  (Trade Test) - Final Medical Examination - Review Medical Examination.

Fees : Rs. 50/- (No Fee for SC/ST/Ex-S) Payable in the form of Bank Draft / IPO drawn in favor of “Accounts Officer, SSB, FTR HQ, Ranikhet,”  payable at SBI Branch, Ranikhet- Branch code-0704..
