Eligibility : Minimum 5 years of Experience in defense service as officer and not below the rank of Captain in Army / Navy / Air Force.

Age Limit (as on 31.03.2011) : Not more than 45 years

Pay Scale / Salary : Rs.19400 + DA + HRA + Other allowances equal to Rs.40,000/- per month with Performance linked Incentive: Rs.80,000/- per annum

Selection Procedure : Personal Interview
