Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC) extended the last date for submitting online applications for the post of PDO. From last one week the PDO servers was busy and giving lot of issues. Internal Server Error is the common error message. Many PDO aspirants requested KPSC to extend the last date to apply. Wowing to the request KPSC now officially announced that the last date to submit application is extended till 04-05-2011.

• Last Date to Pay fee at bank : 05-05-2011
• Last Date to update journal Number : 07-05-2011

However it’s to be noted that the officials at KPSC is not fully aware how the online application system is working. Earlier Online applications used to take the entire details and give the challan only after successful completion of the application. But in PDO we need to provide basic information to get the challan. Once we pay the fee at the bank then only the system will accept the details. So there is a bit of confusion regarding the last dates.

We have also tried to contact KPSC over few issues we faced like, the photo and application of two different people got mixed up and one of the candidate cannot login using the password etc. But there is no reply from KPSC till date.
