- Qualification : Matriculation (Class X) or equivalent with Knowledge of local language / Dialect. Field Experience in intelligence work is desirable.
- Pay Scale : Rs. 5200-20200/- and Grade pay Rs. 2000/- plus allowances
- Age Limit (As on 04.12.2011 ) : Not more than 27 years
- Selection Procedure : Written Test – Group Discussion – Personality Test – Interview.
- Fee : Rs. 500/- (Rs. 50/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates)

NEERAJ BASSI said,"with regards to intelligence bureau team" i had applied for the post of security assistant in the november 2011 but i do not know the exam date that is when the intelligence bureau centre will take it as well as i do not find my roll number yet so kindly inform on my emailid what i want to know also tell whether intelligence bureau has changed the selection criteria and so on.... anyway THANKU VERY MUCH TO INTELLIGENCE BUREAU TEAM.
