Commissioner & Principals for filling up of vacancies available in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas across India. The Recruitment Rules, Job Requirements & Eligibility Qualifications are provided below. Candidates fulfilling the following eligibility criteria can apply online for Navodaya Principal Job.

Name of the Post & Total No. of Vacancies :

• Principal : 29 Vacancies
• Asst. Commissioner : 1 Post

Education Qualification : Masters degree with min. 50% of marks & B.Ed for Principal Job & Graduation for Asst. Commissioner Job.

Age Limit : (As on 26.06.2012) Minimum 35 Years - Maximum 45 Years.

Fee : Rs. 500/- + 40/- (No Fees for SC/ST/PH/Women Candidates) Payable through challan downloaded from Navodaya Recruitment Website at any branch of Union Bank of India.

Pay Scale / Salary : Rs. 15600-39100 + ( Grade Pay of Rs.7600 for Principals & Rs. 6600 for AC Post)

Selection Procedure : Written Examination
