Nainital Bank Recruitment 2013 - Clerk, Credit Officers & Management Trainee. The Nainital Bank Ltd (www.nainitalbank.co.in) invites application in prescribed format from eligible candidates for recruitment of Clerks, Credit Officers in Officers Grade Scale – I & Management Trainees.

Name of the Post & Qualification : 

• Management Trainee : Graduate / Post Graduate Degree in Arts, Science, Commerce, Agriculture & Management with minimum 55% marks. Candidates possessing proficiency in Computer operations and knowledge is essential.
• Credit Officer : CA / Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) / MBA (Finance) with minimum 60% marks. Experience of 1-3 years preferred.
• Clerk : Graduation/Post Graduation with minimum 45% marks in Arts/ Science/ Commerce. Knowledge of Computer Operation is essential

Age Limit : The age of applicants should be between 18 years & 27 years for MT & Clerk job. The age of candidates applying for Credit Officer should be between 21 years - 30 years as on 30.06.2013
Remuneration / Pay Scale :

• Management Trainee : Rs. 15,000.00 per month in the first year and ` 20,000.00 per month in the second year.
• Credit Officer : Rs. 14500-600/7-18700-700/2-20100-800/7-25700) Gross Salary around Rs. 26,000/- per month plus other allowances
• Clerk : Rs. 7200-400/3-8400-500/3-9900-600/4-12300-700/7-17200-1300/1-18500-800/1-19300

Fees : Rs. 600/- should be payable in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of “The Nainital Bank Limited” payable at Nainital. SC/ST Candidates should pay Rs. 300/- Only. SC/ST Candidates applying for Clerk job need not to pay any fees.
Management Trainee Candidates found suitable shall be absorbed as DRO’s in Officers Grade / Scale-I of the Bank as per Bank’s discretion on completion of two years.
